    Emailed the company about a faulty part I ordered from their website. After a week of no response I emailed again to be told I should call their guitar tech the next day. His response was along the lines of "It won't be the part that's faulty, you've just probably not installed it properly". Not worth the hassle of calling them back and I won't be using their website again.
